I have worked in varied roles including general manager, operations manager, management consultant and professional directorship positions, across primary industries, manufacturing, O&G, mining, quarantine and supply chain management. I build strong relationships at all levels from the shop floor to the Board of Directors.I have worked both as an independent consultant to business, and as part of specialist teams advising on financial, legal, technical and organisational structures for new and existing ventures. I have been part of the leadership team during the design and execution of large, complex programmes of work that drove broad organisational change, and have strong, hands-on experience leading teams of analysts to perform everything from feasibility studies, through commercial analysis, to business transformation, organisational design and restructuring.I am well known for being able to see the big picture and will confidently and respectfully challenge the status quo to promote innovative solutions that will drive the best outcome for the business, or disrupt industry norms.
