Co-founded by myself and my wife Fabiola.Named after the blue bench outside Fabi’s parent's house where we would sit and chat for hours when we started dating (also because I wasn’t allowed inside the house). The Blue Bench eventually was painted white and used as our head table at our wedding. It’s currently on our patio and it will travel with us wherever we go. It’s a great metaphor for our relationship and our passion for creating beautiful and inviting spaces with lots of love.Fabi brings her internationally award-winning design skills and background in property management to the table while I bring 10+ years in sales and 3+ years of property management to the table.We've started with one multifamily property and are excited to be strategic and continue to grow our portfolio in the future

Working closely with the operations, engineering, and customer service teams to make the warehouse run more efficiently. Following up with customer service issues and tracking them to pinpoint any systematic/procedural areas that could be improved upon. My position also included a great deal of bug tracking, problem solving, and communication since my office was at a different location than the rest of my team.

In March of 2014, I was recruited to the Logistics and operations team and was primarily in charge of large batch orders/shipments. I worked closely with our fulfillment company to ensure that shipments were going out in a timely fashion, inventory at the warehouse did not get too low, and to also use previous shipping data to help plan accordingly for the upcoming months. One of the biggest shipping challenges was our driver kits (a ship kit that included everything necessary for new drivers to get on the road). I was able to streamline the ordering process and stay ahead of a 7x growth in shipping volume from March to August.I was also in charge of lost & found for items left behind in Lyft rides. I was able to optimize our turn time for returning lost items to their owners. The last responsibility I had was to also help out with event production. We would be given a budget for an event, and it was my teams job to source the vendors, locations, and to stay on budget while ensuring a healthy ROI.

As an account executive, my primary job was getting drivers on the road. We used multiple points of contact (calls, text, and email) and devised different strategies for helping drivers through the interview/on-boarding process. I also helped launch new markets, I personally helped launch Silicon Valley, Nashville, and Milwaukee regions for Lyft. Over the course of several months, I onboarded more than 600 drivers and helped them stay on the road with routine follow up calls, emails, and texts.

Picking up/dropping off passengers in a safe, quick, and positive manner as one of the first 200 Lyft founding drivers. Maintained a rare perfect 5-star rating throughout 1,000+ rides given. I also helped build out the mentor program as one of the first 15 mentors. I worked as Lyft Mentor in helping develop the approval/welcome process for new drivers.

Responsible for meeting daily/weekly sales goals, opening/closing the store, daily inventories, scheduling associates, processing shipments, and resolving any customer issues that might arise.In the 4 years I was at SGH I never missed my yearly quota and brought in over $600k in sales for an average of 130% attainment per year.
