Possible Finance is a series C startup headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Its mission is to help consumers with softer, kinder short-term loans.I started with the company as the first HR person and 15th employee in June 2019 and helped establish the original HR principles, benefits packages, and compensation strategy. I also built the employment brand, recruited (there was lots of outreach back then), and filled our roles. I've even taken on IT and Office management to ensure the business runs smoothly. Today, we have 100+ people located globally. We've built a solid product and helped millions of customers (literally). As we move forward, I'll be focused on scaling the HR and Recruiting function and hiring the next wave of new employees.

Recruiter / Recruiting LeadSnelling And Snelling Oct 1988 - Jun 1991Snelling and Snelling is where I blossomed into a highly successful recruiter. This agency was just entering the high-tech market place and asked me to join as I had specific experience recruiting software engineers. At this agency I became very successful achieving the honor as 5th best in a corporation with over 500 offices. My last 18 months at Snelling was as a team lead, responsible for recruiting and producing as an individual and for training and mentoring new recruiters with little or now experience. Many of the people I helped train have moved on to be very successful recruiters themselves.

It's noted only because its where I first tried recruiting and learned that I loved the art of match making.
