Technical Manager
CurrentManage the post-sales programming and installation of voice/data network equipment at customer locations. Directly work with Sales Managers and Decision Makers to structure and implement effective solutions for client Data and VoIP services. Coordinate resources and personnel, inclusive of a team of 4 systems and field engineers, to provide exceptional service for the clients. Responsible for setting objectives, timelines, and performance standards for successful pre- and post- installation services. Oversee initial sight surveys, project installations, documenting equipment and services provided, delivering services that meet or exceed customer expectations, and finalize information for billing department.
