In the middle of a global pandemic, I started a passion project. Brewtiga is a craft beer distributor and retail company that supports domestic craft breweries and places their products in undiscovered markets. We are passionate about beer education, craft beer-themed events and building communities.My duties include copywriting, community management, ad creation, content creation, customer service and account management, alongside client acquistion and doing beer education workshops for our clients' staff.

I organized and managed all events for three venues - pub "The Beertija", night club "Klub." and concert hall "Pogon Kulture". I managed all social media outlets and worked on brand awareness.I worked closely with other event management agencies and freelance organizers to bring amazing live events to our venues.I am proud of implementing growth strategies for social media, raising brand awareness and pivoting The Beertija brand towards being the regional authority on craft beer. I introduced cost-benefit analyses, reduced most program costs by 20% and raised gross sales by 25% in the first quarter. I organized 20+ smaller live events, 2 festivals, started a popular Beer Quiz and did a Homebrew Workshop.

Managed a team of eight. Main duties included coordination with event organizers and light&sound crew, revenue strategy, managing supplies. During my time as General Manager, I lowered operating costs by 30% and implemented strategies to increase gross sales.

Created and wrote a bi-monthly interview column "Ponos grada Kraljevice" in which I focused on telling the stories of young and successful inhabitants of my hometown.
