I am a practicing Attorney. My scope of influence has for the past five years been focused mainly on employment law. I have an extensive experience in handling cases for employers in all the labour dispute resolution forums in Lesotho; I have also done two training sessions for two transnational retail companies focusing on local labour law compliance; chairing disciplinary hearings; sometimes I represent employers in disciplinary hearing where lawyers have to participate; reviewing and drafting employment contracts and Human Resource policies/manuals; and advising clients on labour matters in general. But I also work in the following practice areas: • High Court General litigation; • Magistrate’s Court general litigation; • Land Court litigation; • Drafting wills, administration of deceased estates; • Registration of land title use, bonds, sublease agreements; In the employment law context, I do work for three commercial banks; for two insurance companies, one of which is a transnational insurance company; five major transnational retail companies; mining companies; two parastatals; one telecommunication company and six United States-funded Non –Governmental just to name a few. I have also given advice to big international law firms on labour law compliance; in South Africa and abroad.
