Through my graduate studies, I was able to see my potential as well as the fantastic and exciting options available in the field of computer science. It encouraged and inspired me to put in a lot of effort to build a strong theoretical basis, but it also motivated and inspired me to work on several projects to deepen my knowledge of engineering concepts. My research project in my master's program is focusing on applications of Machine Learning algorithms in bioinformatics. - DNA microarray mechanism plays an important role in cancer classification by using gene expression data.- There are two important stages in cancer classification one is gene selection and the second is classification.- In our research study, we introduce the multi-objective ITO (Infiltration Tactics Optimization) Algorithm.- Machine learning techniques were employed to perform the classification.
