I graduated Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance in 2017. Since then, I have been working in the information technology sector, first at FloBiz and now at NodeSec Technology, as an Alliances Manager. My core competencies include problem solving, communication, and customer relationship management (CRM).At NodeSec Technology, I am responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with global IT solutions providers, such as Microsoft, IBM, and Cisco. I also manage the end-to-end process of contract negotiation, deal closure, and account management. I have successfully enabled NodeSec to expand its market reach, increase its customer retention rate, and generate more revenue.
