- Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within client companies;- Screening candidates, interviewing them, confirming provided references and, finally, matching the candidates to the clients;- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;- Providing job descriptions for advertised positions.
