• Headed the launch of the scouting initiative at a company-wide level• Laid out the internal scouting framework, challenging myself to constantly experiment, analyse and improve my approach to deal sourcing• Analysed over 800 startups and set up more than 200 meetings with founders in Romania, Italy and the CEE to be considered by the investment team and SeedBlink’s funding committee• Attended four in-person and three hybrid startup conferences to strengthen company presence and leverage my deal sourcing and networking skills in a live setting• Organised and assisted in VC partner meetings to deepen SeedBlink’s partner pipeline, contributing to the company’s ongoing referral initiatives• Reviewed 320 inbound applications from startups applying for financing via SeedBlink• Embarked on an invaluable learning journey, fueling my aspiration to support the Romanian tech ecosystem

Work-related activities: • Reviewing inbound pitch decks from startups applying for equity crowdfunding • Meeting companies with financing potential to obtain an enhanced overview of their performance• Start-up performance report standardisation • Receiving training for a sharper understanding and evaluation of capitalization tables• Conducting a holistic market analysis on the European crowdfunding ecosystem

• Headed the selection process of the event’s host and student speaker• Oversaw the successful sale of 100 tickets, enjoying a sold-out show• Raised CHF 5,400 for the EHL Scholarship Foundation, generated from the ticket sale
