Responsible for adapting and further developing our BIM workflow for the German market.

Developed an automated data-driven BIM workflow that aims to centralize element classifications and properties. Created and implemented Dynamo/Python scripts to automate complex tasks. Responsible for the creation and implementation of office-wide BIM standards and Revit templates, covering a multi-discipline workflow which includes both architecture and MEP. Coordinated the BIM workflow of all project teams in the office. Developed workflows to increase efficiency for BIM outsourcing. Created complex parametric Revit families, designed for flexible and repeatable use across multiple projects.

Responsible for residential projects between 260m2 and 3.250m2. Created and drafted complete architectural concepts. Drafted all deliverables completely within Revit. Coordinated projects between client, MEP and structural consultants. Checked that projects meet safety and zoning requirements. Created technical reports and quantity takeoffs. Contributed to the creation and drafting of several interior designs, from concept to tendering.

Worked on a hotel project which involved the complete refurbishment of an 11.700m2 derelict building. My assignments and responsibilities for this project were: drafting deliverables across all project phases; creating the Revit model of the building; calculating quantity takeoffs; coordinating the project between MEP and structural consultants; participating in site visits; contributing to the completion of the fire safety plan; creating renderings.Contributed to creating Revit models for projects between 16.100m2 and 81.300m2. Drafted facades and quantity takeoffs for these projects.

Created furniture designs and renderings for tobacco stands.

Created a presentation animation for an international contest.

Contributed to the creation of concepts and renderings for several residential, office and educational projects. Contributed to the implementation of the BMW concept for a leading auto dealer in Bucharest.
