I believe that any problem can be solved, and the beauty of a solution lies in simplicity. The idea to create one of the first products came to my mind thanks to a person you probably won't think of. My mother-in-law had a real problem in her café, and she needed to solve it. Her aim was to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the waiting time for waiters. Therefore, my colleagues and I designed a wireless paging system called RE-BELLS. This project has helped me to gain experience with developing a product tailored to the customer's needs. From the initial stage of its development, the system reflected what customers expected. The result was that 85 cafés (including my mother-in-law's), bars and restaurants in Slovakia and the Czech Republic started using it. Customer satisfaction was 100%.Then came a moment that influenced our further specialization. We delivered the RE-BELLS system to the factory to improve work organization. That opened the door to a new segment, where my emphasis on quality and precision proved to be very desirable.
