Working as a freelancer. Most of the work included material accounting in hospitality business. Introducing new technologies to companies, setting up strategies, generating reports and setting up standard operating procedures.

Establishing Residence Group which included two hotels and two other facilities. In the period of 6 months we opened 2 more hotels, one in Zagreb nad one in Vodice. At the same time I remained as a manager in one of the hotels from the Group, Residence Hotel.

The company's main business is hospitality - the company was founded in 2016. when we took over management of Hotel Residence in Zagreb. In less than one year we transformed a hotel in one of the leading small family hotels in Zagreb. When we took over hotel had 20% occupancy, the restaurant and wellness were closed. Now, restaurant within hotel makes most of his revenue from "outside" guests and a hotel has over 90% occupancy in the last few months. It's not easy to be a managing director in a small company with totally 17 employees because you need to know a lot about everything. Especially when its a business that never sleeps, like a hotel. It takes the word multitasking to another level, but at least it's never boring.

I worked for Korean investors. The company had a restaurant and a bar in its portfolio.My job as a general manager of the company was running day to day business, financial and material accounting. But the most interesting of all was finding opportunities for other investors to come in Croatia, making business plans and projections, connecting them to people from their sector and preparing administration for them.

The company had a caffe bar and a restaurant in the centre of the city. We had over 300 guests in the facility at once, which was attended by 30 employees.My job was to organize day to day business, all the marketing activities and cooperation with our partners were also my responsibilities.

Editoring bimonthly magazine for timber industry. General manager for two other projects. The projects were yearly magazines, special editions for timber industry. My job was to create magazines and close Financial contruction which included marketing activities, consulting… Worked also on organization of the bigest timber conference in Croatia which attended more than 1000 visitors.
