My role is to grow Innovation Studios globally through delivery of transformational, change-related, and learning programs. I am helping studios to adopt new programs, scale existing experiences and enhance customer experience when collaborating and engaging IBM in Innovation Studios.

As EX Specialist at IBM Bratislava, I oversee employee and leadership engagement initiatives for the company. In this role, I collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business success while also creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. I am responsible for designing and executing initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity while promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our organization.

As a transformation lead for Web practice Marketing Services Center, my main mission is to drive change and create environments for continuous learning and continuous improvement:+ Facilitating workshops to change processes, platforms, people and/or products e.g. Design thinking workshops + Consulting, planning and delivery of on-site initiatives, e. g. hackathon+ Planning and delivery of face-to-face experiential education e.g. Soft skills 101 + Employee engagement ambassador to improve working environment, e.g. Management open door+ Coaching and mentoring leadership, management and employees

As an Education and transformation lead for Web Services team in marketing department, I work closely with business leaders and managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives:+ Consulting leadership and management on the department strategy, e.g. determining competitive advantage, choosing optimal strategies + Implementing and supporting transition periods such as stakeholder management, servant leadership, leading workshops+ Evaluating achievements through retrospective, root cause analysis, building promotion and appreciation of teams and individuals.

As a requirement manager of two internal tools, I am handling global requirement process:+ Engaging tool stakeholders individually to analyse their requests+ Documenting and clarification of requests prior to submitting to final backlog+ Designing and proposing solutions to stakeholders and development tools+ Planning and informing about upcoming releases, outages, freezes

As a Global Education Coordinator, me and my colleague are establishing a base for skills of our team members of Global Client Services around the globe. Additionally, we need to maintain and update the current information and skills for all the offerings our team offers to IBM clients and sponsors.Since the position is newly created, I need to collect all the education we currently have, set up targets to achieve and then either provide or schedule the education with respective leads. This way, I organised a newcomer education.

As Local Innovation Lead, I am project owner and / or project manager for several smaller innovative projects. The team is in charge of new ideas submitted either by a member of our department or by any other member in IBM. From these ideas, I as Local Innovation Lead, am responsible for successful delivery of projects which are approved by board and management.

Web Delivery Lead is a leader of a team consisting of several Web builders in a specific geographical location. I handle Slovak and Romanian team. I am responsible for processing daily workload, informing my superiors and colleagues about availability for current day and week. Together with other parts of global team and my counter parts in other geo's, we are creating new alignments, implementing new projects and strategies, so we can deliver projects as agile as possible. Except of that, I am ensuring that my team has appropriate skills, knowledge and accesses. I communicate with Technical Leads to ensure the education for any member of my team. I am responsible to allocate a person with proper skill to proper project.On top of that, I am member of Employee Satisfaction Team (ESAT) and Stakeholder of our local tools. As an ESAT member, I am in charge of ensuring that the working environment is adequate and that our colleagues don't have any troubles in the office.As a stakeholder, I promote and decide, which functions of our internal tools should be fixed, developed or removed. I discuss or develop newly formed processes, their implementation or an update of existing ones in our department in order to make the delivery effective.

I was part of the global team, which worked on public and private IBM pages for internal and external clients in several IBM tools. Later on, I became a Technical Lead - a person responsible for working on implementation of new templates, education of newcomers for the tools and projects and advising clients of how to implement functions.In July 2014, I have become a standin of my superior - Web Delivery Lead. I took his place in case of his vacation or sickness and handled the daily workload and workflow of the team I worked in.

On a weekly basis, we record, edit and release a podcast. I take part as the host and: + share the knowledge and expertise through video/audio recording+ edit and analyze youtube videos+ share linkedin post and analyze the reach

+ Planning and delivery of face-to-face experience-based sessions. I help Otvorena Hra with preparation and organization of events called psychoGAMES and psychoTRAININGS, which aim to deliver experience and knowledge to those who wants to improve their communication, EQ or increase self awareness.+ Strategic planning of NGO. At Otvorena Hra I am consulting the strategy and planning of future development.

In this period of time, I helped the community of players playing Travian on international .com servers. I have communicated as a representative of Travian Team with the players helping them to find a proper answer for their question, including answers about the game mechanics and explanation of how Travian works, or by moving their raised issues to appropriate people such as to technical support to solve bugs in the game or to Multihunters and admins to solve personal issues. I have cooperated with Multihunters and Admins to ensure a smooth game play and minimalize the impact of game outages on players. If the game have run into an issue, I was supposed to message technical support and wait for them to message me and solve the issue.On top of that, I helped Travian Magazine by writing articles. I have wrote a dozen articles consisting of game mechanics, description of country or historical events. Topics were most of the time provided by my admin.

During the summer holidays, July and August, I was an animator and later a lead animator in children summer western camp. I was also a leader of a group of 12 kids, which I had to take care on a daily basis for 10 days. I was responsible for their safety, safety and hygiene rules of the whole camp, as well as program for my group and the whole camp.
