During my one-month internship in the IT department, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a variety of technologies and methodologies crucial for modern business intelligence and data management. I gained hands-on experience with SQL, mastering the art of querying and managing databases to extract valuable insights. My exposure to Microsoft Power Automate allowed me to streamline workflows and automate business processes effectively, enhancing operational efficiency.I also delved into Power BI, where I developed skills in creating interactive reports and dashboards, turning complex data into actionable insights. Additionally, I familiarized myself with the company's ERP system, understanding the integral role it plays in managing core business processes. This experience has equipped me with a solid foundation in leveraging technology to drive business decisions and operational improvements.

During my 10-month period at Marker d.o.o., a leading company in developing and selling websites and webshops, I played a pivotal role in the customer support department. My role was multifaceted, encompassing a range of technical, administrative, and client-facing tasks. A significant part of my contributions involved implementing Cloudflare for our clients' websites, enhancing their security and performance. I was directly responsible for managing and configuring SSL certificates, ensuring the integrity and security of client communications.My active engagement extended to managing content for our clients' websites and webshops through various Content Management Systems (CMS). This involved ensuring the seamless operation and timely updates of web content, which was critical for maintaining the effectiveness and relevance of our clients' online presence.Additionally, I was involved in creating and managing tasks in Teamwork, a responsibility that demanded meticulous attention to detail and the capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. This ensured efficient project tracking and fostered team collaboration.Supporting the Project Management team was another crucial aspect of my job, where I assisted in coordinating projects and directly addressed and resolved client issues. This role not only enhanced my problem-solving skills but was also essential in achieving client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects.My experience at Marker d.o.o. has endowed me with a comprehensive skill set in web development, customer support, and project management. Through this role, I have prepared myself for future challenges in the IT and digital marketing fields, demonstrating my ability to effectively communicate with clients, solve technical issues, and contribute significantly to the success of complex projects.
