The three most important responsibilities were:- Hiring exceptional talent.- People management and mentoring.- Software development mainly focusing on backend and devops that can handle millions of users. That was achieved by using micro-services written in Elixir, connected by Kafka and orchestrated by Kubernetes cluster. The whole system was defined by Terraform, monitored through Grafana & Prometheus and all API’s cached behind Fastly.

Vibby was acquired in late 2019 by a sports technology solutions company and has since been integrated into a broader suite of digital training solutions.

Building a blockchain-based marketplace for commercial data - Novo Protocol (https://www.novoprotocol.com)Novo is a blockchain-based marketplace for commercial data. The initial prototype is a marketplace where users can request data on companies. A decentralized network of data collectors fulfills and verifies those requests. This project utilized a mix of centralized and decentralized technologies. Smart contracts were built for Ethereum using Solidity (via Truffle). The platform also required a centralized Node/Express server to store non-core data and do ancillary processing. The frontend of the application was built with React and Redux - integrating with Ethereum using Truffle Drizzle and Metamask.A mobile version of this project was built using React Native, but was never deployed before putting the project on hold.- Technology: Solidity, Node.js, Express, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, Redis- Infrastructure: AWS, Ethereum
