I am responsible for overseeing the digital operations for both Pro Plus in Slovenia and RTL in Croatia. This includes managing the leading video-on-demand service, Voyo, and the digital websites & social media. Additionally, I spearhead the implementation of new business practices and AI technologies within the company.

We started a new spin-off brand for gen-Z, based on success of JoomBoos in Croatia and Joonglaa in Slovenia. The reach of the brand in just 6 months after start is 1 M real users in Serbia.

Created an idea for media brand called Joonglaa. It is one of the fastest-growing YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok channels in Slovenia, that cooperates with some of the most famous singers in Slovenia and Influencers. I was hired by the CEO of FOREO to develop and implement the Social Media and Influencer Strategy across all markets. My primary objective was to enhance ROI and organic reach on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. One of the biggest outcomes was live shopping on all social media platforms. In this role, I collaborated closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Social Media, and the Public Relations department.

How to make your idea real and succesfull?The recipe for innovation does not exist, there is only persistence in developing what you believe in. Likewise, when you think you have succeeded and won, only then does day-to-day work follow. Why? Because when you share an innovation, you do not receive the applause but the expectation from others, but above all, yourself. This is how they path went to the largest YouTube channel in Croatia.
