- Overseeing annual sales of more than 200 million USD, product portfolio consisting of chloroprene and other synthetic rubbers, TPV, SIS, resin tackifiers (C5/C9) and various other raw materials and additives mainly for automotive, adhesive, oil & gas, construction, agriculture and other markets- Directly managing North American sales team- Developing and maintaining executive relationship with global customers and negotiating global supply contracts- Developing annual-, mid- and long-term business plans for NA market- Analyzing performance of the BU on monthly and YTD basis against set KPIs and reporting to management

- sales team management- sales and business development of rubbers/elastomers (CR, SIS, C5 tackifiers, SBR, PIB) and additives (CPE, Kaolin clay, carbon black) in North America

- Duties: new customers’ acquisition, contract negotiations, price negotiations, forecasting, customer care, technical support, communication with integrators. - Responsibility for markets: Czech Republic, Slovakia- Products: industrial robots for automation applications with focus on plastics industry

- Duties: handling of all aspects of the Sales Cycle from prospecting, marketing, new customers’ acquisition, budgeting, contract negotiations, credit risk management, price negotiations, consignment agreements, forecasting, customer care, logistics, imports, exports, technical support, trialing, invoicing and collections, cooperation with other offices and suppliers in EMEA region and Japan, management of pan-EMEA projects (new product launches) utilizing sales representatives in other offices, searching for new suppliers, oversee a staff of 2 (in Czech and German offices).- Responsibility for markets: Czech Republic, Slovakia, EMEA region- Products: plastics (PP compounds for automotive TIER 1 and 2 injection molders, POM, PVC modifiers, CR rubber, adhesive and barrier polymers), carbon fibers (PAN and pitch)
