I led Ernst & Young's Finance Transformation consulting business across Africa. I was responsible for the development of finance digitization solutions (ERP, robotics finance process automation, process re-engineering), operating model designs and platform business (growth) plays as well as people modernization agendas. I supported Africa's largest listed financial institutions, mining and energy clients as well as government and SOE's in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa.

I led the Africa Business Improvement division at Eurasian Resources Group, a global mining and metals player with operations in 14 countries around the world. My role included leading operations improvements across all operating assets including productivity enhancements and cost containment measures. I was also responsible for technology, power (self generated and grid solutions) and logistics (rail, road) improvements for African assets and worked on several project investment opportunities with the likes of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to build large scale processing facilities and plants across the SADC
