LetAllGirls is an organization founded by a good friend of mine Didi Ding Mayen Kuai. She had told me about her mission behind LetAllGirls- to empower the future generation of South Sudan through education, especially the bright girls that are currently overlooked- and immediately I was hooked. Didi and I spent a few weeks together laying the foundation for what you see today. However, just a few days after we put together a GoFundMe, Didi passed away unexpectedly. In her memory, I made a promise that I would try my best to fulfill her endeavor and her vision for a brighter future. Since then, LetAllGirls has raised over $5,000 in donations and set the groundwork for the start of a beautiful journey.LetAllGirls builds educational technologies that provide underdeveloped communities with access to tailored digital learning resources.

As part of the marketing staff at ChurroMania; I oversee everything from what goes up on our social media, to what we place in our stores that could represent what ChurroMania stands for. I also lead in our design team; logos, product design, and videos that go up on our socials are examples of what I direct, oversee, and edit accordingly.

The two things I love most, football and leading teams. My senior year in high school I was given the captain’s arms band and along with the amazing coaching staff, led the team to a State Championship victory.I learned so much about my leadership style, people management, and how to build team culture… all lessons I find myself applying constantly as I grow in all aspects of life. esoeso

Through the H.I.P program, I took part in mentoring First year high school students on Sex-Ed, Mental Health, and Physical Health, by hosting conversations regarding these topics and their social stigma(s). I got the opportunity to present information and lead discussions for roughly 40 minutes weekly, and it heavily developed my skills like public speaking!

DirtBrokeWorld was an online clothing store. It was my first real experience with E-Commerce and the start of my fascination with design. I designed every article of clothing, as well as the website, and managed all that was the production of the product. DirtBrokeWorld ran successfully for a little over two years in before Covid caught up.

Za Zen was a non-profit clothing brand I started with my best friend in middle-school that looked to raise breast cancer awareness . We walked dogs for two weeks to raise money and get going. We sold pink hoodies with our logo and messages of empowerment. Our whole school was soon covered in Pink. It wasn’t too long before our dean at the school told us we couldn’t sell except at a specific school market on a specific date. When that day came, we took over an empty booth and sold out within minutes. A few weeks later, we got news that the very dean that had stopped our operation, had been diagnosed with cancer for a while, and hadn’t told anyone. All our funds went to his GoFundMe. If it weren’t for him, my love for entrepreneurship would not be anywhere near where it is today, and I’m forever grateful for what he instilled in me.
