• Co-founded a software company that developed a medical ERP for clinics and doctors in Colombia, and was responsible for leading the adaptation of the software to the Mexican market.• Developed the software specifications in compliance with Mexican laws and regulations, after carrying out an exhaustive market research and legislation investigation. • Determined the viability of expanding the software to a new market by conducting the project financial analysis.

• Led a team of four Project Managers tasked with launching OEM Projects for the business units of fuel supply modules and pressure sensors, managing over 19 projects (USD 0,6 to 5 million and 6 to 30 months).• Designed and engineered the manufacturing solution for the next generation of Bosch medium and high pressure sensors. This solution was chosen out of the submissions of five other plants in Asia, America and Europe. The proposal included the investment procurement (USD 72 million planned total investment), indirect and direct headcount structure, design of the new assembly lines and the localization of purchased components in NAFTA. • Improved the yearly planning of manufacturing lines capacity for fuel supply modules and pressure sensors by involving product development teams at an early stage of the process. This ensured the optimal design of new acquisition products, which maximized existing equipment usage, increased line utilization and reduced the investment required. • Estimated the manufacturing costs for new acquisition projects for fuel supply modules and pressure sensors, including the plant operating budget, capital investment requirements and start-up costs. This included taking part in the negotiation with the customer in order to get project costs approved.• In charge of the manufacturing operations of the new assembly lines of fuel pump modules and low pressure sensors until the efficiency and productivity targets were met, while also ensuring stricter quality controls, prior to transferring them to serial production.• Ensured the adherence to capex investment plan by assessing and vetting the improvement projects for both new and existing platforms in fuel pump modules and low pressure sensors, managing yearly budgets of over 4 million USD.

• Responsible for the coordination of all the OEM project launches for fuel pump modules, ensuring the seamless integration of all involved departments in the plant.• Developed and maintained project objectives, timing, critical paths, costs and quality.• Oversaw the design, procurement and release of the new manufacturing lines for new fuel pump module OEM projects according to Lean Manufacturing principles.• In charge of planning the yearly manufacturing lines capacity and capital expenditures for business plan.• Calculated and submitted the manufacturing costs for the new acquisition projects in fuel pump modules, including the investment requirements, shift operating patterns, scrap rates, maintenance budgets and start-up costs.

• Responsible for the launch of a new OEM Project and product platform for fuel pump modules, involving the release of a new manufacturing line.• Designed, programed and implemented a platform that automated the processing and reporting of manufacturing KPIs in real time. The solution was later implemented plant wide after a successful pilot run in the fuel supply modules shop floor. This saved approximately 15,000 man-hours per year, which was the time spent manually processing the data (two hours per week, per each of the 150 assembly lines).• Coordinated the integration of a new aftermarket manufacturing production concept for fuel supply modules that reduced the lines footprint by 60%, by consolidating and rearranging machinery, generating savings of USD 150 thousand per year in operating costs.
