YouthSpeak Forum is an event made from youth to youth. The goal is to inspire, engage and take action towards the Sustainable Development Goals fixed by the United Nations. A space to connect more than 400 university students with companies, organizations and experts to work for a better world.

I worked as logistics manager in four events during this period (SummerCo 2018, Ignite 2018, ConnAct 2018 and WeStep 2019). My main achievements were:- Venue management- Partnerships and in-kind collaboration management- Workshops distribution- Team management- Material management

I was the President of the Organising Committee of the national conference WeStep 2018. The conference was hold in a hotel in Madrid and lasted four days. 130 delegates from Spain and 7 nationalities attended the conference. My main tasks were:- Venue management- Partnerships and in-kind collaboration management- Budget management- Leading a team of four people- Transport of the delegates management

During a year I managed the accounts of the organisation, the budget and the investments made in marketing and operations.

During this period we sent to work as an intern abroad 10 people which was 6 people more than the previous year.

I mainly did promotion activities, contact and follow up of the registered users and acknowledgement of the different programmes offered by AIESEC (volunteer experiences and internships abroad)

I worked in the different activities:- Google Ads- Facebook Ads- Video editing- Photo editing- Product development
