Hi, I’m Mateo 👋🏽. #Cities contact me to help charismatically co-design their #municipalities with the community.Growing up in the technology rich 21st century influenced MY PASSION to study innovation, architecture, city planning, computational design, and influential technologies. I am a technology enthusiast, autodidact, multipotentialite, and community builder transforming the world with my skills. As an avid believer in the power of diversity, I advocate for students and BIPOC individuals through American Planning Association boards and committees. As residents, we often walk through municipalities and think about their good and bad aspects. But what if you could act on those ideas and the ideas of others? This is exactly what I do as a city planner, combining hindsight, sight, foresight, and technology to make change in your global communities. #FutureFAICPMY HOWMy superpower is helping cities question the status quo and ceteris paribus. I help you co-design your cities to be cultural, vibrant, and phenomenal in an age of co-opetition by considering data, urban design, architecture, economic development, megatrends, human behavior, globalization contexts, and equity. I focus on individuals and serve people's needs by making informed decisions to improve citizen services such as technological user experience, transportation, energy, and public health and safety. I will improve your city's PESTEL system and quality of life.MY VISIONI am a professor, research center principal investigator, urban planning consultant firm owner, and real estate firm owner.
