I was leading the organizational development by searching, interviewing and hiring new employees. Directed the recruitment season in 2013 and 2014, when around 1000 people were given seasonal job in the UK for the Royal Ascot, ATP World Tour Finals, Formula 1 Silverstone, Commonwealth Games, Download festival etc.
