As a member of the web platform team, I work on the company's core product, currently focusing on Video Analytics. My team collaborates with peers worldwide, using an agile approach to project management. My daily work involves understanding and designing requirements, considering different stages of the project, visual design using tools such as Figma and FigJam, and presenting to peers and clients.Within the Design Chapter, I collaborate with other designers to discuss design challenges, improvements and feasibility within our design system. In addition, I supported the translation of Viasat's Chatbot, helping to ensure that the chatbot was accessible to a global audience.Awards: Inspiration & Innovation award in May 2022 and The Right Stuff: Customer Excellence award in July 2022.

As part of my research work, I transcribe and organize data collected from research studies, and work closely with the research team to analyze and discuss the results with users. Additionally, I collaborate with the research team on ongoing projects, contributing to the development of research design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Through this work, I have published scientific papers in premier international HCI and related conferences, including the Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI workshop paper 2020, 2021), International Conference on Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI workshop paper 2020, 2021), and the International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (HCII 2020). This experience has given me understanding of research methodology and data analysis, as well as valuable skills in collaboration, communication, and scientific writing.
