Inseed is a member of ABVCAP and follows the ABVCAP/ANBIMA Best Code of Practice for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.Activities:- Prospecting for investment opportunities;- Conducting investment analysis and negotiation;- Sourcing, structuring and executing investments;- Supporting portfolio companies;- Creating strategic reports and financial analysis for managers and investors.

Text correction crowdsourcing platform (one of the main EdTechs in Brazil)Activities:- Relationship with stakeholders;- Development and monitoring of strategic business indicators (KPIs);- Monitoring and analyzing data to:-- Optimization of internal processes;-- Marketing and commercial campaigns;-- Managing and launching new products and features.Results:- Marketing: optimization of online campaigns (the number of weekly registrations grew by more than 100%, while the cost per registration fell by approximately 8x).- Product (Development): Launch of 2 new products and updating of the platform based on user research and analysis (represented a significant increase in customer engagement).

In 2013, Mateus co-founded the consulting center of UFMG's Center for Technology Transfer and Innovation (CTIT Consultoria / currently Inderios Consultoria), a sector that aims to provide strategic support to technology-based companies and foster entrepreneurship within the university.As a board member, he contributed through deliberation to the group's strategic decision-making, supporting the directors, as well as periodically offering courses and workshops (Lean Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Model Generation Canvas) to the members.

Provided strategic consulting services to startups participating in the incubation program at INOVA (UFMG's business incubator) and to other technology-based businesses.Has worked with companies in various segments, such as: EduTechs, Social Marketing, Drones and Mining.

Worked as a business intern at Wylinka, acting as a business consultant for startups.During this period, contributed to the strategic development of 32 of the 120 companies participating in BloomBTech (an acceleration program sponsored by Sebrae-MG / Rede Mineira de Inovação / Government of Minas Gerais). Also worked on the SEED Program (startup acceleration program in the state of Minas Gerais), focusing on activities to disseminate the program's impact and events strategy.
