-Technical leader of CFT engineering team (Customer Focus Team) in activities related to the process of introducing new projects and/or changes to current processes until the end of life (EOL), coordinating training actions for those involved, device development, preparation of technical support documentation and/or implementation of new technologies, in order to meet customer needs and optimizing manufacturing resources, with productivity, quality, and cost reduction.-Ensuring that the new products are implemented in the agreed schedule, through adequate planning, of the activities of the technical team.-Lead a cross functional team to implement new products, define the NRE and investments, for continuous process improvement.-Track and monitor production and critically analyze the performance identified during the different stages of the process, using quality and productivity indicators.-Coordinate the updating of all documentation related to processes, during the production cycle, making information available to the areas involved.-Lead technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing information relevant to the product that was designated.-Evaluate and prepare technical process improvement reports using the quality system methodology in force in order to enable their successful implementation within the production process.-Develop together with the team specific studies, of varying complexities, involving the manufacturing process, identifying bottlenecks, losses, line stops, layout and other production indicators, in order to evaluate alternatives to obtain productivity gains and optimize processes and systems of work.-Act as a knowledge multiplier with your peers.-Comply with the policies/procedures related to the company, work process and implemented management systems.

Main Activities:-Work as Test Focal Point providing support to Project Teams for test development-Provide Engineering support in the areas of test technology and common process development.-Utilize Statistical Analysis Methods to optimize Cpk performance of parametric electrical tests-Drive test requirements, specifications and limits with the hardware development team-Assist to design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling to make product testing more efficient.-Develop product test and ensure it is compatible with our manufacturing test application-Work concurrently with the design engineers to provide design for testability (DFT) feedback throughout the test design process-Assist and work with stake holders to investigate and troubleshoot yield issues during prototype and production builds-Introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to enhance production efficiency-Supports laboratory operations to find out root cause during prototype building-Implement and control the test application package in three countries with minimal impact in production lines-Work closely with support groups to refine system monitoring and reporting, and to assist them in their analysis and problem recovery.

Main Activities: Currently working in Test Engineering department as responsible for New Product Introduction and technical support with the aim of mapping all critical points in the NPI for mass production , main engineer responsible to implement the JOT Robotic machines G3 Tester in Jaguariúna factory as well as develop new scripts tests, work around test recipe to reduce test time and supporting others factories with JOT G3 tester, Supplier development for alternative low cost consumable test items and spare parts, responsible by calibration phone test in board level, determine purchasing and production capacity of equipment and testers , analyze update test software, test sw debug/maintenance , develop methods for testing, test development/maintenance for mobile phones , support to technical staff and operation and to problem solving , directing root causes of problems during production, improve quality and productivity indicators.

Main Activities: Failure analysis , analysis of opportunities for improvement and support in production lines, responsible for supporting and analyzing failures and improvements in test bench software, train technicians production in failure analysis and troubleshooting of development for technical staff and operation, technical support at all stages of the process and Testing Manufacturing , direct participation and good performance for improved metrics DPMU , FTY and Scrap.

Main Activities: Failure analysis in cellular determining the Root Cause of failures and directing actions.

Analyzes in machinery and processes with any mechanical device or electronics, technical support in machinery and equipment to multinational industrial textiles and ceramics , automation manual work of weaving processes.

Main Activities: Responsible for the technical analysis of electronics equipments (audio, video, phones and microwave) and technical supporting for custumers.
