- Coordinate the different departments as body, electrical, frame in order to have parts and system that comply with the regulation, providing the legislation and test report format for different departments of the company.- Organize workshop to explain the legislation- Provide information about the future legislation for the new projects- Negotiate dates and test plan with the different departments- Represent the company in the different associations in order to defend its position in the discussion and define the common strategies for the sector.- Negotiate waiver with the different governments when the car have some point that no comply with the legislation.- Provide information about the future legislation for the new projects- Head of the export Commission of the National Carmaker Association responsible to visit authorities around the world and negotiate the evolution of their legislation.

- In charge of vehicle safety components compliance with Latin America regulation- Participate in the elaboration of standards due to be sure that the company interests are represented and the car would be developed and commercialized as programmed- Making lobby with the different governments in the way that the products would enter in those markets without problems- Provide the Latin American regulation database for the headquarter- Represent the company in the different associations, sometimes as the president of the commission (carmaker, standards, engineering, etc) in order to defend its position in the discussion and define the common strategies for the sector

- Provide the current legislation for the team of engineers and technicians.- Carry the homologation test- Visit clients and make witness test- Prepare the “dossier” to get the governmental approval- Explain the legislation and discuss them with the team.
