Development of more than 20 load cell projects, including traction,compression and load pins, with capacities of up to 870 tons, torque loadcells and pressure transducers. Work developed through structuralcalculations, finite element analysis and CAD modeling.• Development (Calculations, drawings and simulations) andmanufacturing of pad eye tester equipment, which is being used tovalidate and certify pad eyes from all types of manufacturingenvironments.• Creation of CAD model of a wind turbine ball bearing, with furthercomputational simulation (FEA) to study the formation of cracks anddamages, which allowed to identify problems with the ball bearing’sproject. Because of that, new ball bearings were designed and installed,preventing damages to the wind turbines, which would be worth a coupleof millions of dollars.• Development of an equipment to repair and calibrate on the spot FPSO’smooring line load cells. With this equipment, mobilization and repair timeare much faster, thus saving overall time and costs of thousands of dollars.• Development of steel wire tensiometers, for both static and dynamicwires, in which each project is customizable for its application. Largelyused with cranes, with capacities of up to 450 tons.
