I embarked on the Dell Technologies journey within their services organization. Following the merger of Dell and EMC, the creation of BIL or Business Layer Integration (later named SPnD - Service Platform and Data) aimed to empower business agents to access and manage customer assets and entitlements. AEON (Asset and Entitlement Operation Nexus) emerged from this, a complex app delivering diverse information by querying numerous services, each with its microdb. The user interface, built using Angular Micro frontend apps, facilitates seamless interaction - this is where I contribute.Managing this intricate ecosystem involves not only developing new Angular features (my main task) based on JIRA priorities but also ensuring app stability through Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring tools. Also, code quality is a priority, evidenced by our commendable SonarQube scores, achieved through extensive Jasmine Unit tests and Cypress functional tests.As a senior team member, my current role involves significant responsibilities. I assist colleagues in the development process, engage in pair programming for debugging, and provide guidance on the best approaches for implementing features. I find fulfillment in empowering the team, engaging in brainstorming sessions (including with colleagues in India and the US), and introducing new trial ideas as part of our internal R&D initiatives.

I commenced my professional journey at Valgroup as an Assistant, overseeing ERP/WMS support for two company sites and managing various hybrid third-party software systems, such as Siemens Preactor, Vertical TMS, and Power BI. Additionally, I actively contributed to system enhancement through risk and project management, as well as software quality assurance.Subsequently, in my role as a System Analyst, I undertook the responsibility of developing PROGRESS 4GL and .Net Core Web Apps to address business customizations. Employing Entity Framework for code-first, C# Linq for optimized query organization, and APIs for reusable code (Single Responsibility Code).I also worked with SQL databases linked to our APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) and other partner solutions.My engagement extended to the SCRUM Agile framework, contributing to organized task management and IT backlog control. Spearheaded the development of our ITSM (constructed in .Net Core) and led the deployment and configuration of git and bitbucket platforms for over 200 apps.The high level of trust bestowed upon me by my mentor and IT manager empowered me to lead scope management and development in various projects. Notable achievements that provided financial return through operation and time optimization. Additionally, I took charge of mapping and defining the future vision of our ERP, identifying key service aggregators to encapsulate reusable business logic across different platforms.

As a Web Developer I was responsible for planning the development, validation process and maintenance of websites (three in total), administrative panels (CMS built as InHouse solution over CodeIgniter) and the company's ITSM system (Also using CodeIgniter). Applying of good governance practices in the IT environment. Creating healthy habits before, during and after weekly activities.I attended projects to implement systems and company accounts. (Ex .: Deploy of the Senior ERP with modules for business and payroll management, transition of the e-mail service provider and other pricing evaluations made to start improvement projects). Moreover, I prepared an ETL process to implement a Data Warehouse within our ITSM.Apart from development, I also did Help-Desk for employees regarding the ERPS Sênior and MEGA, in addition to Desbravador Software's hotel management system;Last but not least, I had to provide maintenance/control of servers (VMs) running the active directory, databases (ORACLE/MySql), web server (CentOS 7) and other applications.
