While at CharterUp I designed and adapted all of the web features that were missing on the mobile app while also creating web features that would be adapted to the app later on.I've created a new asset library that merged web assets and added much needed mobile-friendly components. With this I was able to cut the design and dev's sprints in half, generating value on both the short and the long-term.I've also created a new product and user research routine in which we watch recorded user sessions before designing any new feature on the product. This has led to improvements on the feautre that we'd be missing otherwise.

As a global designer, I've designed quite a few features and helped construct a major part of the globalized app fot the DTC Group. A few of my feats are:Led the redesign squad for the new TaDa app aiming to improve conversion by 100% in Peru by March 2024.Designed the Ivy DS, which reduced the conflicting assets and components and overall clarity of the product by 92% by the first month.Co-created the new visual identity and over 50 flows for the new app for 14 countries in a scalable and product-oriented way.Integrated and adapted the redesign to all Direct To Consumer products in the company to maintain a cohesive and modular design.Designed the new PDP page for Zé Delivery, creating room for the Progressive Discount mechanics with an increase in the conversion rate of specified products by 30%

As a Senior designer working at Zé, I've contributed to many growth-focused features. A few of those feats are:Led end-to-end design process for the PIX instant payment method which reduced by 14,5% of the delivery-person cancel rate.Designed the experience and icons in order to expand the organic app growth through the share product feature for all beer products by 6% in the first quarter of 2023.Planned and developed the flash deal feature, which grew the number of orders of beer packs by over 400% in ten days.Implemented and set up the best practices for UXCam and Useberry analysis and testing tools, helping the company perform the Continuous Discovery habits it aimed for in the first quarter of 2023.

My brief journey as a researcher at Sem Parar led me to better understand the role of a researcher in a company without a research culture.It was an amazing challenge and I'm proud to say that in these five months I conducted over 30 interviews, elaborated a whole workflow using CRM to obtain better responses from surveys and could help the company creat its first persona.
