- Design, configuration and implementation of endpoint security solutions from various vendors (Trellix, Trend Micro) on large enterprise environments- Transitions, migrations between endpoint security solutions- Troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to AV products

- Configuring and maintaining Endpoint Security products from multiple vendors: Trellix, TrendMicro, Symantec, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint- Actively mitigating and ultimately resolving all incidents and problems related to the maintained solutions (3rd line support)- Assessing, planning and implementing changes in the Customer environment- Preparing and maintaining operational documentation (SoW, HLD, LLD) and service reports- deployment and patching of managed security products

- Designer and implementer of Lookout mobile security solution- Author of various internal and external documentation: High leveldesign, Low level design, security guidelines, work instructions- Administration and maintenance of endpoint protectioninfrastructure- 3rd and 2nd line support for global environments- managing of system performance, capacity, service quality- collecting and analyzing product security logs from devices andplatform- Performing patching and upgrades of managed productscooperating with internal and external teams - acting as a SPOC
