Providing comprehensive logistics services for a large production company, with particular expertise in international cargo law. Keeping detailed task reports in the form of Excel charts. Analyzing and addressing customer complaints through direct communication. Resolving issues related to the reception and acceptance of general cargo in international transport. Coordinating deliveries and shipments. Actively participating in organizational development plans. Maintaining positive relationships with subordinates and fostering a culture of cooperation.
