CurrentAs an active fire safety officer since 2009, I've battled numerous fires and other incidents, including Li-ion battery explosions. E-vehicle fires are currently among the most demanding, causing severe damage.I have also worked as a fire protection engineer since the same year, participating in every phase of the building process, starting from the fire protection concept, through the design of fire protection systems, and building construction supervision. This is why I realize how crucial it is to limit the development of a fire in its initial phase.As a co-owner of F&K Consulting Engineers Ltd, one of the largest fire protection companies in Poland, I am well aware of how challenging and dangerous Li-ion battery fires can be.
