- Managing projects from Investment Banking sector, including Fund Launches, Fund Closures, Mergers, Investor Manager changes.- Full governance during lifetime of a project: tending to internal and external queries, agreeing scope of projects, deliverables and live dates with clients. - Identifying and managing internal and external stakeholders requirements, organising and hosting regular and ad hoc project meetings, alongside with maintaining meeting agendas and minutes. - Producing and upholding high level project documentation: Project Cost Estimates, Project Plans, Risk/Action logs, Scoping Documents, Implementation Notices, Closure Reports.

- Organising workflow between teams located in Wrocław, New York and London in regards ofSWAP contracts held within company as well as participating in process development plansand projects.- Keeping ownership of process controls to ensure proper coverage of client queries, reportingand positions from Prime Brokerage perspective.- Assisting clients in cashflows reconciliation, including analyzing potential issues, agreeingdefault setup for settlement and providing solutions in case of mismatches.- Participation in regular meetings with Front Office representatives and senior BusinessOwners to review ongoing concerns with aim to maintain proper and competent client service.- Designing and implementing training sessions for new joiners, alongside with guidance andworking on live case scenarios.

- Supervisory role for Fund Accounting process with focus on proper calculating anddistributing of fund's Net Asset Value into the market.- Working in deadline-oriented environment with multiple funds to cover during single workday.- Responding to clients queries regarding NAV production, composing and providing additionalreporting and documentation if required.- Overseeing funds portiofio to ensure all components are properly booked, flagging anyinconsistencies and engaging relevant teams in order to get them corrected.

- Designing and upholding daily reporting process to guarantee timely settlement of markethedge trades between company's Prime Brokerage and external Executive Brokers.- Assisting settlement teams in contacting external brokers as well as traders to help resolvebooking issues.- Coordinating communication and workflow between booking teams, implementing long termsolutions to improve daily trading process.- Arrange and provide necessary updates to trading desks on any items with significant impact.
