• Performing services for Janssen-Cilag Polska Sp. o.o. Global Clinical Operations and JnJ R&D Procurement on behalf of DOCS International Poland. • Working with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms and conditions. Assessinglegal and budget risks in conjunction with team support functions. • Managing all activities required to perform and finalize contracts for clinical trials (negotiating terms and conditions, budgets and payment schedules) with among others: investigators, hospitals, pharmacies in various therapeutic areas.• Providing support for negotiations in confidentiality agreements, informed consent formsand other ancillary contract documents as required.

Administers all contract management processes, including coordination with relevant protocol, informed consent, institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer agreement documents at a project level.• Provides support to SSUL to agree on country template contract and budget. Produces site specific contracts from country template. Provide support in submissions for proposed contract and budget for site• Work with Contract Managers and team members with the active project management of ongoing contract issues; performs follow-up on all outstanding contract issues.• Supports in generating amended contract and/or budget documents as necessary, preparing contract management documentation for projects, and streamlining the contract/proposal or internal processes; and initiates and introduces creative ideas and solutions.• Trains and mentors less experienced staff members on departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures quality of team work products. Maintains and updates training material for site contract team.

• Drafting and negotiating Master Clinical Trial Research Agreements. • Drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Research Agreements.• Drafting and negotiating Service Agreements with external vendors.• Cooperating with local and international legal advisors. • Performing and coordinating contracts amendment process. • Serving as a point of contact for investigational sites and external vendors regarding contractual and budgeting aspects of cooperation. • Preparing and implementing country and site budgets. • Performing financial review of local site payment process.• Keeping the clinical systems up to date with budgets, contracts and payments details. • Actively providing guidance and coaching for new hires employees.
