In April 2011, I have joined Nigerian Breweries, one of the biggest Operating Companies of Heineken, to participate in a Trade Census project. Because of the of the rapidly changing and dynamic market, data collected in 2008 had to be updated. My responsibilities:- assure data quality and integrity by developing different control mechanisms and processes- design analysis reports suitable for Nigerian Breweries needs- design and overview the development process of software used to analyse data- design and create final reports- design Channel Strategy Workshop content and flow- support internal back office team as well as supervising day-to-day operations of external agency involved in the project
