My commitment, faith in the positive effect of smart work, knowledge of the specifics of the industry and the positive aura that surrounds me allowed me to quickly get promoted to the position of managing the operation and direction of the company's development.Since then, we have managed to acquire many interesting, ambitious projects, the implementation of which gave satisfaction not only to me, our team, cooperating companies, but above all to the Employers who trusted us.The Management Board decided to change the direction and specificity of development in response to the current economic and political conditions in Poland. Therefore, this is the moment when everyone in the company agrees. Time for new challenges, new ones are coming for me!

When I started working in the above-mentioned position, I focused again on development. I started to get to know the specifics of work from the project and people management side. I started to get to know the industry in the field of Renewable Energy Sources. My task was to supervise the project from the moment of preparing the valuation, through conducting negotiation talks, leading to the signing of contracts. The next step was to supervise the design, implementation and acceptance until the contract was completely closed, and then - the warranty period and its settlement.

Thanks to the acquired Building License and commitment to my own work, I was promoted to the above-mentioned position. The nature of work has changed significantly. From that moment on, I was responsible for preparing the budget for the implementation of the investment, contracting subcontractors, controlling the timeliness of the implementation of works on several facilities at the same time. Every matter related to electrical and teletechnical installations in these facilities passed through my desk or mailbox. We have carried out housing, public utility and industrial investments.

In this job, I implemented projects in residential, hotel and public utility construction. I got to know the specifics of the construction of large-area investments, I experienced contacts with people responsible for these investments. I learned the profession of an engineer not only in the power industry, but also in low currents - teletechnical systems such as SSP, CCTV, KD.

From the first day of work, right after graduating from engineering studies, I was directed to carry out the project of building energy infrastructure in the field of low and medium voltage.My task was to run the project from the moment of signing the contract, through the collection of permits to start work, preparation of materials, arrangements with the ordering party, through supervision of implementation, until the conclusion of the contract with the final report.We have made cable and overhead lines in rural and urban areas. We built transformer stations and MV disconnectors controlled by radio. I supervised the replacement of street lighting, the replacement of power connections to individual customers and large production plants.

First experience with the work of an Electrical Engineer. Work in a large production plant. Most of the time spent in production halls on maintenance and repair of machines and electrical devices.
