I’m the CITO of SoftwareHut, with an unwavering passion for propelling technological advancement and strategic growth in the software world. My journey began at the Białystok University of Technology, where I pursued my ambitions in the field of software engineering. During my time at university, I eagerly dived into various projects, some of which were in collaboration with renowned companies like Microsoft. It was during these experiences that fate introduced me to some incredible individuals, like Karol Rogowski and Marcin Bartoszuk, who are still my valued colleagues at SoftwareHut. I embarked on a career as a front-end developer, starting at DevCore.NET. It was here that I reunited with Karol Rogowski and Marcin Bartoszuk once again, proving that the tech world is both vast and tightly knit. A pivotal moment arrived when I joined SMT, marking a turning point in my professional journey. It was here that I met Robert Strzelecki, a visionary entrepreneur with dreams of establishing his own successful software house. This dream became a reality, leading to the birth of SoftwareHut. It didn't take long for me to join forces with Robert, setting the foundation for the incredible success that SoftwareHut is today. My role at SoftwareHut started as a CTO, but as the company blossomed, I took on a diverse range of responsibilities. From software development and team building to recruitment, marketing, and promoting the SoftwareHut brand, I embraced every aspect of the business. While on my journey, I took a temporary leave from SoftwareHut. After this detour, I returned to the TenderHut group and explored the medtech and labtech industry at Holo4Med, where I played a consulting role. This experience broadened my horizons and enriched my understanding of the tech world. Ultimately, I found myself returning to SoftwareHut, now as the CITO. As part of my role, I: ◾ drive the strategic development of the company, ◾ provide technical support to the sales department, ◾ contribute to creating compelling offers, ◾ and explore new avenues to expand our services and business. Beyond my professional endeavours, I keep a keen eye on the ever-evolving IT industry. I'm fascinated by emerging trends, groundbreaking innovations, and new technologies that are shaping the future. While technology plays a central role in my professional life, I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In my private time, I make a conscious effort to disconnect from the digital realm and enjoy life's simple pleasures.
