Project Manager
CurrentMy day-to-day activity sums-up to the below list:- Managing project in all business areas including: core project management, documentation analysis, procurement of materials and services, production coordination, reporting of project progress, delivering internal and external communication processes, human resources coordination, logistics coordination- Responsible for project realization throughout the whole cycle: from handover from the Purchasing Department until final take-over of the project to the Purchaser- Providing consultancy during the offering phase for optimal solutions- Start-up of the project including: contract documentation, budget and time schedule analysis, kick-off meetings (internal and external), order of materials and services, setting up communication rules- Creating and managing of crucial project management documents including: Time Schedule, Documentation Lists, Progress Reports, Change Order Request report, non-conformity report etc.- Monitoring on daily basis the project progress from the financial, time schedule and quality perspective. Acting to any deviations in the above mentioned areas- Realization of change management processes- Maintaining satisfactory cooperation with the client, by providing transparent information about the project progress, acting immediately to clients’ needs, following the contractual obligations, proactively acting on changes etc.- Solving all project related problems in all areas. Involving the adequate resources for allowing fast problems resolution- Reporting project progress in all areas (internally and externally): time schedule, budget, - Initializing and managing claim management if necessary - Closing project: Completing all contractual obligations, budget closing, issuing required warranty bonds, obtaining references, handover to Service Department, Lessons Learned
