At "Wydaj Inaczej" I manage publishing projects. I work to facilitate clients' participation in the project by providing answers to their questions and consulting their book-related strategy. In addition, I make sure that all work is done effectively while also keeping the highest quality of the end results.

Starting with the middle of March, I am responsible for mentoring and coaching process of Encatus WUT team as one of their mentors. The main goal of my activity is to assist every ongoing project with insights, interdisciplinary approach and tools/methods to maximize their effectiveness. In addition, I will be organizing regular training/workshops to supply all members with a constant flow of new, practical and research-based knowledge.So far I have:- led training on Design Thinking methodology and Effective Goals Setting- helped in the preparation of the presentation for Enactus Poland National Competition, both practical and mental- advised individuals and teams on solving their problems and being more effective in their tasksI was also given the 'Cactus of Enactus' Award for outstanding involvement in the preparation of the presentation for Enactus Poland National Competition which came together with a lovely, little cactus.

I was a member of the Research and Analysis Department of Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer Management. As Analysis and Database Development Specialist I was responsible for the quantitative research process commencing with creating and consulting the study design through tools implementation and data analysis as well as results visualisation and reporting.Moreover, I was part of Creative Training Games and Design Thinking teams where I shared my experience and thoughts on how to use them:- in the process of creating the culture of innovation of WUT- during workshops for academic community- as part of the research design

As a reward for being among the best students, I was rewarded with a paid 3 months internship at Biostat®. There I learned how to prepare, analyse and visualise quantitative data coming from social and medical study altogether with creating business reports and presentations for our clients. With the help of more experienced co-workers, I got to know how to work with R, VBA and MySQL while also increasing my MS Office skills. My most important work there concerned creating the tool for text-analysis using natural language processing methods.
