Academic Representative + Lead Representative
CurrentOn track for Gold - the highest possible one-year rep reward levelWork included:- collating students' feedback- gathering students opinion regarding academic changes- regularly contacting the student body cohort through social media- closely cooperating with Undergraduate Office to improve Lancaster's teaching quality.I volunteered for the Department's Lead Rep position. It included more responsibility, facilitating the meetings and being in charge of the communication with other departments and the Student Union.Additionally I volunteered as a meetings' chair. Duties included:- creating the meetings's agenda- facilitating day-to-day cooperation and communication- efficiently driving the meeetings towards our goalThe position drastically developed my communication and teamwork skills. I gained a lot of valuable experience with coordinating a team of about 20 people; I improved my public speaking and leadership skills and the ability to approach people in a friendly way.
