Responsibilities and Experiences:- Understand the customers business and solution requirements, proposing innovative solutions to improve or enhance their business, working closely with sales teams to build the sales strategy aligned with each customers project demand;- Design architectures and develop solutions based on the Dell Technologies portfolio, such as IaaS/PaaS (On Premises and Off Premises), VMware - Application Virtualization and Virtual Desktops, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Storage, Data Protection and Cyber Security;- Support and assist sales teams to deliver presentations to customers on an executive and technical level;- Develop competition knowledge and adjust proposals to be better positioned in RFP processes;- Deliver product training and knowledge around the Dell Technologies solutions to customers and channel partners;
