I was a member of the Katz Barron Litigation Department. My practice included a broad range of litigation matters in State and Federal Court and alternative dispute resolution forums, as well as transactional matters. My experience included complex commercial litigation and other civil matters including, but not limited to, the areas of real estate, construction, securities, leasing, business entities, professional malpractice, insurance and contract disputes. In addition, I negotiated and drafted agreements and other associated documents pertaining to real estate development, construction and other business transactions.
