Roles and responsibilities• Managing the Health and Safety compliance evaluations, inspections, and audits at prescribed intervals, record outputs, and liaising with the operational team to ensure mitigation actions are completed.• Work with the stakeholder and HSE subordinates to promote the effective HSE MS and continuous improvement of performance through special projects, local initiatives, and Workplace Safety improvement.• Carry out project and business sector HSE MS performance reviews using lagging and leading indicators.• Develop professional relationships with customers and specifically their HSE professionals.• Ensure team review and investigate accidents, incidents and near miss events in accordance with SWITZ Group standards and Saudi building Code standards, NFAP to identify and share lessons learned, ensuring actions and recommendations are tracked.• Monitor, collate and interpret health and safety performance data including close out of inspection and accident investigation reports, and provide management reports on a routine basis.• Provides HSE leadership, training, and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups.• Identifies Hazards, Evaluate Risk, assess consequences, monitor compliance, provide governance assurance to the organization and evaluate the Process Safety Hazards and Business Risks.• Audit the effectiveness of Mitigation/control barriers to reduce the risk as Low as Reasonably Practical and provide Management assurance to the organization and other stakeholders as applicable

Responsibilities • Coaches line leadership and provide professional support in the execution of their HSE responsibilities• Develop, maintain, improve, and implements the HSE policy and procedures with focus on prevention and risk reduction• Takes appropriate action to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, permits, the location’s HSE policy, international standards• Develops HSE campaigns and training to promote awareness and increase compliance• Organizes self-assessments / audits and recommends improvements • Establish and maintain an effective Environmental Compliance process• Coordination of training (internal and external)• Maintaining a system for the proper and timely assessment of risks to Health and Safety and implementation of measures and arrangements identified as required from the assessments across all sites covered by the job holder.• Ensuring regular safety inspections of all sites are undertaken and any remedial actions identified are implemented by the site or through the local facilities team.• Resolving complex problems at root cause, escalating where necessary.• Attending the scene of all serious accidents & dangerous and providing the appropriate mitigation action plans to significantly reduce the likelihood of such an incident occurring again.• Providing HSE MS reports & performance to the management for (MRM)• Aiding Project management to implement the effective HSE MS system in the construction site as “contract Safety Management”• lead and work cross functional work streams which support the broader Operations and Business strategy.• Work with the Operational Site Management in all locations covered to provide technical and specific H&S and Facilities expertise to all managers and supervisory staff. • Work with local management promote a culture within the sites that encourages and supports a Safe, Healthy and Secure working environment.

Responsibilities • Reviewing engineering drawings that include project specifications with safe access & egress, fire Protection & life safety equipment, and recommending management with ref of SBC 801 (Saudi Fire Code & NFPA Codes) • Maintaining the performance of the plant life safety equipment, fire alarm system, clean agent suppression system, Water based suppression system. • Implementing and executing engineering controls for the machine /equipment based on the machine manufacturer guidelines & International codes • Develop engineering calculations, diagrams, and technical reports of machines/equipment to ensure the effective engineering controls. • Develop the safe working environment by adopting machine to the man / safe power tool, hand tools working methods • Periodic inspection of work sites, reporting the mitigation plans • Complete required technical and regulatory documents• Preparing the safety budget in line with total project CapEx.
