1.Hands on experience in 6 station cold nut forging m/c and can work independently right from raw material selection to finish product. 2. Complete tool design for multistation bolt headers and cold nut formers, hydraulic stamping machines. 3. Hands on experience and in depth knowledge in Progressive tooling and stamping parts tooling in press technology and problem rectification for the same.4. Critical Products developed: * All Metal prevailing torque Nut with creep resistant metal insert (DIN 980M) for ICF and established complete production process for the same. * Wheel Nuts and Spherical Collar Nuts (DIN 74361) for automotive customers. * Special Captive Washers for KOBELCO. * Developed 150+ clip and clamp parts for CATERPILLAR LLC.5. Strong backhold of AutoCAD 2D & 3D modeling.6. In depth Knowledge in coating process for special internal threaded fasteners that has torque co efficient requirement and hands on experience in torsion, rockwell, brinell testing m/c. Wide exposure to torque testing procedures as per EN and JIS & JSS standards.7. Exposure to Quality management system and QC tools.Increasing yield by minimal input with first time right approach.
