Lead Workforce Management Analyst
Current- Responsible for scheduling and scheduling efficiencies, recommend schedule changes, capacity Planning/Schedule Adherence for global site.
- Analyze the impact of volume, AHT and shrinkage on staffing requirement.
- Analyze staffing plans and ensure that the delivery locations are appropriately staffed based on client requirement and internal capacity plan numbers.
- Coordinating with ops leads if needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results for improving efficiencies globally.
- Assist WFM lead with forecasting and capacity planning process through monthly discussion and graphical analysis of volumes, AHT and volume drivers.
