Validation of Drawing and Project Documents▪ Evaluate the IFC drawing with DCD, DEWA, NFPA and DM standards.▪ Correlate the project specification and IFC are matching with each other.▪ RFI would rise for consultant and client review and suggestion.▪ Compare the BOQ quantities with IFC drawing and Project specification.▪ Material submittal prepared as per project specification.▪ Preparation of Shop drawings.▪ Preparation of Engineering Calculation.2. Arrangement of Material, Preparation of Plan and Execution▪ Material quantity takes off and material requisition preparation.▪ Execution plans are preparing on weekly basis.▪ Manpower calculation is done on hourly basis.▪ The plans are followed daily basis and noted in the drawing and progress sheet.▪ Executed work and delivered materials are recorded through IR’s and MIR’s.3. Monthly Payment Collection from Client▪ Payment request prepare as per plant erection process.4. Plant Commissioning and Handing Over▪ After equipment and piping installation, the process will be started.▪ Sensors output registered in the sheet for reference.▪ Once the process gets it done all the data handed over to the client.▪ O&M manual, warranty certificate will be handed over to the client.5.
