I've been part of the gaming industry since 2010. After working as a developer for a few years I've started my first studio in 2012 with two friends already with the idea of giving an enjoyable and fulfilling experience to everyone involved. We worked mostly on F2P mobile games and work for hire project. The company was sold in 2019 to Celsius Online where I then held the position of Head of Projects, setting the project strategy with the CEO and board of directors. I've been supervising a team of 30+ people working on multiple game projects (PC, Apple Arcade, Mobile, VR...). After taking a year off to travel I've joined Albyon as Studio Director to help the studio pivot to more interactive XR experiences. During all of my career I have pushed to give people and teams more autonomy, I even wrote a book about empowering employees named Organisation Z. I've also been involved in video game associations like Game In (president for 6 years) and the national French syndicate for video games (SNJV) for 4 years. I've also participated in creating one of the biggest event in France around video game : the Gamecamp France.
