Projects and duties included: // Dialer: - Logistic Regression Modeling: Build data models to predict the probability of sales for a client reached via the automated call process.- Data Preparation: Extract, transform and load the training data set for the modeling team.// Marketing Analytics: - Analyze the efficacy of different marketing initiative against a control group using statistical tests.// Claim Litigation: - Testing the presence of spatial prediction of litigated claims.- Training data and model validation about the probability of a claim going into litigation at different period of time. // Claim Operational Metrics: - Build a reporting database and producing reporting prototypes using Cognos Analytics. - Provide an easy reporting tool to different business units, including Marketing, Online Channels, Claims Analytics, with centralized and automated database to minimize data inconsistency across the business.
